Dr. Huang is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Huang graduated with distinction and honors from Stanford University in 1981 where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She completed her medical degree at Yale University School of Medicine in 1985. Dr. Huang completed her General Surgery residency at Beth Israel Hospital, in Boston, Massachusetts in 1990 and then completed a Burn fellowship, as well as her Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of California, Davis. In 1994, she completed a fellowship in Reconstructive Breast Surgery at Eastern Virginia School of Medicine.
Dr. Huang is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. She holds medical licenses in both Washington and California.
