I-5 SOUTHBOUND:

Take I-205 S exit 7, toward WA-14/ I-84/ Salem
Take the NE 134th St. exit, EXIT 36, toward WSU Vancouver. Turn right at the end off the off ramp, 134th St. becomes TENNEY Rd. Turn right at the third light onto NE 10th Ave. Our practice will be on your left hand side.

 

I-5 NORTHBOUND:

Take exit 7 (134th St.) Turn left onto 134th St. that will become TENNEY Rd. Turn right at 10th Ave. Our practice will be located on your left hand side.

 

I-205 NORTHBOUND:

Take exit 36 (WSU Vancouver/ 134th St.) Turn left at the end of the off ramp. 134th St. will become TENNEY Rd. Turn right onto 10th Ave. Our practice will be on your left hand side.
