What is Labiaplasty?

Labiaplasty is the most common form of vaginal rejuvenation. In most cases the procedure shortens the length of the inner lips of the vagina, called the labia minora. In some women these can be long enough to twist or tug during intercourse or exercise, or can fall out of swimsuits.

How is it performed?

At Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery we most often perform a type of labiaplasty that trims the skin back far enough so it does not protrude below the hair-bearing labia majora. Most women prefer general anesthesia, although we can use other forms of sedation, including local anesthetic.

Is there any downtime?

After the labiaplasty procedure many women take a few days off work to recover. Ice and pain medication can help the discomfort.

What is the cost?

The cost of the procedure at Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery varies depending on the type of procedure and type of anesthesia you want. Please contact us or call us at (360) 823-0860 for an initial consultation for this procedure.
