We require 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or change your appointment. If you are not able to give us 48 hours’ notice, we will collect a $200 Non-Refundable deposit that can be used towards your next appointment.
As a courtesy, we do have reminder calls and text messages and invite you to please call us if you have recently changed phone numbers so we have your current contact information. This assures we can reach you for the reminders. We also have a wait list, and a notice to cancel your appointment allows us to notify another patient who may be able to take your spot. Please confirm your appointment when you get the text message or call us back to confirm if we left you a voicemail. As always, thank you for being a patient at Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery and Spa.
